Gary Kaufman
Gary has been a Realtor for over 14 years in the Metro West area, primarily covering the towns of Needham, Wellesley, Newton, Westwood and Dover/Sherborn. Soon after high school he attended Tel Aviv University, then enrolled at Bridgewater State where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1989. He then went on to pursue his graduate studies at Harvard C.E in International Marketing. For the past 22 years Gary has been living in Needham with his wife Amy of 21 years and his daughter Shelby. Gary currently works out of the Keller Williams office in Needham. He has been one of the top agents in New England for the past 10 years.

Preston Hall
Preston obtained his Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering at Wentworth Institute of Technology before earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering [focusing on land development] from Northeastern University. After several years working with a local engineering firm designing site plans and subdivisions, Preston graduated with an MBA [Real Estate Finance and Investments] from Babson College in 1993. In 2002 he decided to leverage his practical experience and skills to serve buyers, sellers and investors of real estate. Preston has lived in the Needham/Dover/Natick/Westwood area for over 50 years, which allows for a keen understanding of the overall market and what each community has to offer. He enjoys refereeing high school basketball games in his free time and has two daughters who attend Bentley University and the University of New Hampshire.

Seema Layne
In 2015 Seema Layne joined Kaufman Realty Team as our executive assistant. January 2018, she got her real estate license and is now an active seller/buyer agent. She has a unique understanding of the real estate market that she acquired while working at The Warren Group (TWG). As a Data Analytics Account Manager, she took raw real estate data from across New England and delivered compelling and actionable analytics to the company. With Warren Analytics, she was able to help predict performance, identify opportunity, gauge trends, and detect risk, as she highlighted the many ebbs and flows of the market. This training is helpful as she helps sellers and buyers through the home selling and buying process. Currently, Seema lives in Needham with my husband and 3 children. Her kid's attends Hillside Elementary School. Seema enjoys being part of the Needham community and volunteering for Parent Talk where she was named Volunteer of the Year for 2016 and the Library Foundation of Needham where she was an active board member for three years.

Gloria Conviser
Gloria has been a Real Estate Attorney for over 16 years in the Needham/Newton area. Gloria obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Russian Studies and Psychology. Gloria went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2002 from New England Law. After many years working as a closing attorney for busy residential conveyancing firms and the largest REO firm in the state she decided to shift gears using her real estate experience and expertise to serve buyers, sellers and investors of real estate. Gloria has lived in the Needham/Brookline area for over 20 years, which allows her a great understanding of the real estate market. Gloria also speaks Russian fluently and enjoys spending time with her husband Adam and two sons who attend Needham Public Schools.

Stephanie Bloch
Stephanie has worked in the medical field as a social worker and rehab liaison for 18 years at Boston area hospitals. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Eastern Michigan University, and her Masters in Social Work specializing in Geriatrics from Wayne State University in Detroit. After working tirelessly to enhance the lives of our older generation, she will continue her passion for helping others as a realtor. Stephanie has lived locally in the Needham/Brookline area for 15 years, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and her three sons who are students at Needham Public schools. She also enjoys exploring Boston with her friends.

Donna McKeown
Donna McKeown has been originating mortgages since 2004 and has been one of the top originators in the Northeast for the past 7 years. Cumulatively, Donna has originated over $700,000,000 in loan volume. She attributes much of her success to impeccable customer service and follow through. She also keeps a finger on the pulse of the market and is always able to offer the most competitive rates. Donna served on the board of the Financial Planning Association of MA for 2 years. She is in her 11th year of being a Platinum Sponsor and remains very involved with the group. Donna is part of several attorney, realtor, financial planner teams, and the groups are all used to working together, contributing to the smooth predictable process she offers.
